- Payment Information: Billing details processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store full card numbers.

All data is stored on servers located in India (AWS ap-south-1, Mumbai region). We implement industry-standard security measures including:

- Automatic backups with 30-day retention
4. Data Sharing

5. WhatsApp Integration
When you use our WhatsApp automation features, messages are sent through the official WhatsApp Business API via Twilio. Your customers' phone numbers and message content are processed to deliver these communications. We comply with WhatsApp's Business Policy and Meta's Terms of Service.

We retain your account data for the duration of your subscription and for 90 days after account termination, after which it is permanently deleted. Backup copies may be retained for up to 30 additional days.

LeadrCRM is a business tool intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
