1. Free Trial
All new LeadrCRM accounts come with a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment is required during the trial period. We encourage you to thoroughly evaluate the platform during this period before subscribing.
2. Subscription Refunds
✅ Eligible for Refund
- Request made within 7 days of first payment (new subscribers only)
- Technical issues causing significant service unavailability (>48 hours) in the paid period
- Duplicate payment charged due to billing error
❌ Not Eligible for Refund
- Cancellation after 7 days of the billing period
- Partial month usage — subscriptions are non-prorated
- Annual subscriptions after 14 days of the subscription start date
- Account suspension due to Terms of Service violation
- Change of mind after the free trial has been utilized
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our billing team within the eligible period:

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
4. Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions, a full refund is available within 14 days of the subscription start date if you are not satisfied. After 14 days, no refund is available for annual plans, but you may continue using the service until the end of the subscription period.
5. Plan Downgrades
You may downgrade your plan at any time. The new lower rate will apply from the next billing cycle. No refund is issued for the difference in the current billing period.
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a refund for the current billing period. Your account remains active until the end of the paid period, after which it will be paused.
7. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will retry the charge 3 times over 7 days. During this period your account remains active. If payment is not resolved within 7 days, the account will be suspended (data retained). Accounts suspended for more than 30 days may have their data permanently deleted.
8. GST on Refunds
Where a refund is approved, the GST component (18%) will also be refunded. A credit note will be issued for accounting purposes as required under GST law.
