1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LeadrCRM ("Platform"), a product of Geom Global Solutions ("Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Description of Service
LeadrCRM is a cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform that provides lead management, sales automation, WhatsApp integration, GST invoicing, and related business tools for Indian B2B companies.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@leadrcrm.com
4. Free Trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features of the selected plan. No credit card is required during the trial period. After 14 days, the account will be automatically paused unless a paid subscription is activated. Trial data is retained for 30 days after the trial ends.
5. Subscription & Payment
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
- Subscription fees are due in advance at the beginning of each billing period.
- GST (18%) is applicable on all subscription fees as per Indian tax law.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
- Failed payments will result in a grace period of 7 days before account suspension.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use LeadrCRM to:
- Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) through WhatsApp or email integrations
- Store or process data in violation of applicable privacy laws
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise the platform's security
- Resell, sublicense, or transfer your subscription without written consent
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of WhatsApp's Business Policy
- Overload or disrupt the platform's infrastructure
7. Data Ownership
Your data belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of any data you upload or create within LeadrCRM. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the Platform services. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days before it is permanently deleted.
8. WhatsApp Integration
Use of WhatsApp features is subject to WhatsApp's Business Policy and Meta's Terms of Service. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your contacts before sending them WhatsApp messages. Violations of WhatsApp's policies may result in your WhatsApp Business Account being suspended by Meta.
9. Service Availability
We target 99.5% uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (AWS, Twilio, WhatsApp API) or factors beyond our reasonable control.
10. Termination
- By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time from account settings or by emailing us. No refund is provided for the current billing period.
- By Us: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity.
- Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days, then permanently deleted.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Geom Global Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you via email 7 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
